Some favorite greens are #1 dandelion (LOVE) and #2 romaine. Usually, as per Victoria, I rotate greens each day usually with 3 types of greens/week. My typical recipe is:
Greens (2-3 cups) best with dandelion or romaine
1 1/2 slice fresh pineapple
1 orange
1/2″ ginger
15-20 raspberries

note – if I use kale, spinach, chard, etc. I HAVE to add banana…
